Venezuelan interim president Delcy Rodríguez claims that more than 463 apartments were destroyed during a U.S. “infamous attack” in Caracas on January 3. She reported dozens of Cuban and Venezuelan combatants were killed and condemned the aggression, calling for unity and strategic prudence. Rodríguez also announced the creation of social funds to support public services, infrastructure, and social protection amid the aftermath of the strike.
